This is an 8-week course which can be scheduled according to your convenience in a one-to-one or a group setting. Bhante Rewatha Thero will provide teaching via Skype and the course material (CD and booklets) will also be posted to you.
The course content is same as our regular Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course.
The course consists of eight 2-hour sessions at weekly intervals. The course fee is £ 200, which can be also be paid in weekly instalments.
