This one-hour session is a great chance to learn about both Buddhist mindfulness techniques and the 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course. The next taster session will be held on Saturday the 2nd of July, led by Bhante Rewatha Thero. The participants will have the chance to explore several mindfulness techniques including

• Mindful Movement
These techniques can help with managing stress, anxiety, negative thoughts and difficult moments in your everyday life.
